The ballot pulled together names from K-pop, K-drama, and the wider entertainment world, so a rookie idol could sit next to a veteran actress on the same list. Every entry rose or fell on upvotes minus downvotes, green minus red.

Voting closed December 31, 2025, and the final ranking is locked in. Kim Yoo-jung finished on top with 63,587 upvotes. Chou Tzuyu placed second with 58,880, and Lalisa Manoban rounded out the top three with 12,916.
