With all due respect, that boy you are talking about is Yesung, main vocalist of Super Junior, and he has won in the best vocalist category for two consecutive years. We don't make fake votes, there is a whole fandom voting for him because he really deserves it. He has a unique and incredible voice but the best thing about him is all the emotions he transmits in his singing.
