Victon

VICTON is a seven-member k-pop boy group formed by IST Entertainment (formerly known as Plan A Entertainment). It consists of members Byungchan, Hanse, Seungwoo, Chan, Sejun, Seungsik, and Subin. Before the members debuted, they first appeared as backup dancers for company senior, singer APINK in 2015. VICTON made its official debut on November 9, 2016, with the title track I’m Fine. From 2016 to 2018, the group has been releasing several albums and also participated in several promotional activities. Some of the members even produce and wrote lyrics for their albums. In 2019, members Seungwoo and Byungchan decided to join the survival program Produce X 101. The two returned as Play M Entertainment trainees and battled against other trainees from different companies. After several episodes, Byungchan decided to leave the program to recover from his chronic Achilles tendinitis. Meanwhile, member Seungwoo got into the project group of Produce X 101. He placed 3rd out of 101 contestants. He became part of X1. In November 2019, Victon made its comeback as six with the album Nostalgia. They got more recognition from the public after the participation of the two members in the survival program. They also had their first Asian concert tour. Victon also had their first-ever solo full concert in Korea and it was sold out for two days. In 2020, Seungwoo returned to Victon after group X1 disbanded. Some of the members of the group pursued solo activities in 2020. In June 2020, the group finally became complete and released the album Mayday. In July 2021, Victon began its military enlistment. Member Seungwoo was the first to enlist. Since then, Victon members are promoting individually in variety shows, dramas, and more. In January 2022, Victon started the year with the release of the single album Chronograph. On May 31, Victon will finally drop their seventh mini-album titled Chaos.
